Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Minerva ("the Service") at zkesg.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Digital Forge Studios ("we", "us", "our").
2. Description of Service
Minerva is a ZK-STARK proof generation and verification platform. It provides cryptographic proof generation tools, an AI assistant (Juno), circuit templates, API access, and related developer tooling. The platform is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier.
3. Accounts
You must register for an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary Minerva proving engine; (c) abuse the API or proof generation system in a way that degrades service for others; (d) resell or sublicense API access without written permission; (e) use the Service to generate proofs for fraudulent purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Minerva platform, including the proving engine, circuit templates, and all associated code and documentation, is the proprietary property of Digital Forge Studios. The SDK libraries published to npm and crates.io are licensed under MIT. Proofs you generate using the platform are yours.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that cryptographic proofs generated will be suitable for any particular legal, regulatory, or compliance purpose. Verify outputs independently for critical use cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Forge Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
