1. Overview

Digital Forge Studios ("we", "us") operates Minerva at zkesg.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to minimal data collection.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
• Proof data: circuit definitions and generated proofs you submit. Proofs generated client-side (WASM) never leave your browser unless you explicitly save them.
• Billing information: payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status only. We never store raw card numbers.
• Usage data: monthly proof counts, API key usage timestamps, session logs for debugging purposes.
• Juno chat: messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by Azure OpenAI and are subject to their data handling practices.

3. WASM Privacy Guarantee

When you generate proofs using the browser-based WASM prover, your private inputs never leave your device. The proving computation runs entirely client-side. Only the resulting proof (which contains no private inputs by design) is transmitted if you choose to save it.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To enforce usage quotas and rate limits
• To send transactional emails (account creation, payment receipts)
• To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Proof records are retained for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will comply within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: payment processing — stripe.com/privacy
• Azure / Microsoft: hosting and AI inference — privacy.microsoft.com
• Google Analytics: anonymous usage analytics — you can opt out via browser extension

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: TLS in transit, encrypted passwords, Azure-managed infrastructure, and minimal data collection. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and export your proof history. Contact us at dooley@zkesg.com to exercise these rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
